Frontier Express have officially launched our new Money Back Guarantee on all of our Domestic Services and our PRE9 and PRE12 International services. If delivery is not attempted within its transit time we will not charge you for that shipment. It is a simple as that.

This guarantee applies to our full range of domestic deliveries. Sameday, Pre9*, Pre10*, Pre12, 24hr and 48-72hr meaning you have complete flexibility and peace of mind.
